CRC workshop at Unnati

A 5 days workshop on CRC was organized by UNNATI, an NGO based at Ahmedabad. Dr. Sita Sekhar, Head - PGRG and Ms. Prarthana Rao, Research Executive, PGRG conducted the workshop at Ahmedabad. 20 participants from 9 Civil Society Organisations from different parts of Gujrat attended the workshop. The concept of CRC was well appreciated by the participants.

The outcome of the workshop has been very encouraging. Unnati has decided to take this forward by conducting CRCs on 3 basic services (water supply, sewerage and garbage disposal) in 8 towns of Gujrat. It has also expressed interest in taking technical assistance from PAC in conducting these CRCs.
