CRC workshop at PAC

A CRC workshop was held at PAC, Bangalore was organized by PRIA, an NGO based at West Bengal. The PGRG team conducted the workshop at our office campus. 13 participants from 13 NGOs from different districts of West Bengal attended the workshop. The CRC concept was well appreciated and was recognized as a useful tool in assessing the quality of basic services.
